Ingredients
2 cups pasta
1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, carrot, broccoli)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
½ cup tomato sauce
Salt & herbs
Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente.
Heat oil and sauté garlic and vegetables.
Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
